Meet the energetic members of our Superfinish Express team. We are dedicated to assisting you to make your mobile franchise business a success.

David Bruckshaw A.F.E – Founder / Owner

David is a sixth generation spray painter whose passion for cars and making them look good is the basis for his business success. He is the main architect of Superfinish's successful and highly awarded franchise system and takes an active role in the day to day running of the business. David is responsible for franchisee training, technical and product research and development as well as meeting with all people wanting to buy a franchise. He continually adds innovative new features to the repair technology to maintain its position at the forefront of the industry.

Our Technical Team

Roland Gray – Field Support Officer

Roly is our main contact for technical support. Together with Tony, Roly conducts our field visit schedule, assisting franchisees with paint formulas, fine tuning their repair techniques, paint-less dent removal and e-billing. Roly has won numerous awards for spray painting and is dedicated to the on-going development of franchisees technical skills.

Tony Doyle – Field Support Officer

Tony is a former franchisee and seasoned technical specialist with solid expertise in repair processes and direct sales. Tony manages our franchisee support program and is primarily responsible for visiting franchisees in their territory to provide on-going technical as well as sales and marketing support to establish and maintain relationships with key customers.

Our Administrative Team

Heidy Muir – Office Manager

Heidy ensures the smooth running of our national office and has expertise in franchising systems, contractual agreements, compliance and legal requirements as well as project management. Heidy is the franchisees main contact for administrative support, including all contractual and compliance related issues and co-ordinates the schedule for field visits and regional workshops.

Sandra Lindsay – Financial Controller

Sandra is our skilled financial controller and has been with Superfinish Express since its early days and currently manages our accounts department. Sandra has helped design our e-billing system and is there to support franchisees and help them to understand their individual business growth and performance, chase customer accounts and make payments. Sandra ensures that you get paid each week and provides you with accurate monthly reports to monitor your business achievements.
